Erin Madden, President and Chief Operating Officer
Erin Madden founded Madden Consulting in 2012 and has served as a business and organizational development advisor, a change management expert, and a transformational consultant for over 22 years. She has helped lead internal change management initiatives, business transformations, organizational performance improvement efforts, strategic planning projects, process improvement plans, and communication/teambuilding improvement efforts for multiple organizations. Her passion lies in building community within an organization – through leadership development, process improvement, communication, and teamwork. Prior to founding Madden Consulting, Erin worked as Business Development Director and Change Management Consultant at CG Strategy and Organizational & Human Performance Consultant at Accenture.
Joseph Madden, Chief Executive Officer
Joseph Madden joined Madden Consulting as CEO in 2023, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in IT and management consulting, including 24 years in various leadership roles at KPMG, BearingPoint, and Quantitative Software Management (QSM), Inc. and nearly 7 years as a U.S. Air Force officer. While serving as Vice President of Professional Services at QSM, Joe jump started a consulting division from scratch, achieving an average growth rate of 25 percent over a 9-year period with a consistent gross margin of over 40 percent, almost zero voluntary turnover and 93 percent of annual revenue from repeat business. Joe is a published author with specialized expertise in CIO advisory services to include software productivity and quality, IT strategy, IT portfolio management and data-driven decision support.
